He is the advisor for Hechwise patent and trademark firm. He was the presenter of IPOM theory in Chinese intellectual property. He has rich experience in IP managing strategy, know-how, Goodwill maintance, Brands negotiation,affirmation of well-known trademark in China and other unfair competition affairs.
He once was the chief advisor of project team for implementing the strategy for patents and enhancing creativity of central governmental enterprises for State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Also, he was the chief advisor for setting up the patent management pattern for China Southern Power Grid as well as he provided the IP strategy for China National Chemical Corporation.
